I was really excited to try out WrestleShield soap after hearing all the hype about it being great for wrestlers, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations.
First off, the scent is way too strong and honestly smells like chemicals more than anything else. It’s not pleasant, and it lingers on your skin in a way that feels overwhelming. For something marketed as being for athletes, I expected something a bit fresher or cleaner.
As for its effectiveness, I didn’t notice any real difference. After using it for a few weeks, I still had the same skin issues I had before—dry patches, irritation, and the occasional breakouts. I thought it would help with post-match freshness, but I just felt sticky and uncomfortable after every shower.
Lastly, the price is way too high for what you get. There are other soaps on the market that do a much better job without breaking the bank.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend WrestleShield soap. It’s overhyped and underwhelming in both quality and performance. Save your money and try something else.
